Why did all of my Matches disappear?
If your Matches aren't showing up, don't worry—this is usually temporary. When you update the OtterHalf app, it may take a moment for Matches to re-sync with our servers.
- Check your connection – A strong WiFi or data signal helps the app refresh faster.
- Log out and back in – This forces a refresh and should bring your Matches back.
- Give it a moment – If you have a lot of Matches, it may take extra time to reload.
Still not seeing them? Try restarting your device or updating the app to the latest version.
