Notifications for Potential Fraud Activity
OtterHalf takes a proactive approach to safety across our platform, and we always aim to act quickly when it comes to mitigating activity that may impact users' safety or well-being.
We take all instances of fraud very seriously. If we find a profile to be fraudulent, we will block that profile and delete it. Any matches with that profile will be removed.
Email Notifications
If you have allowed email notifications from us, we may notify you via email if you have matched with someone whose profile has been flagged or removed for fraudulent activity. This helps keep you informed and maintain the integrity of the OtterHalf community.
