Why am I unable to subscribe to OtterHalf Premium?

Having trouble subscribing? We've got you covered.

If you see an error message when trying to subscribe, here's what might be happening and how to fix it:

  • Your Apple ID might be linked to another account – Each Apple ID can only have one OtterHalf account and one subscription at a time.
  • You're an OtterHalf Beta Tester – Beta testers are unable to subscribe.
  • You have an old OtterHalf account still active – If you created a new account, your subscription might be tied to your previous one. Clearing out your old account ensures your new subscription runs smoothly.

How to Delete an Old OtterHalf Account:

  1. Sign in to OtterHalf using the phone number linked to the account you want to delete.
  2. Tap the Profile tab (far right of the navigation bar).
  3. Tap the Gear Icon to access your Settings.
  4. Follow the prompts to delete the account.

Keep in mind that deleting your account removes all past matches and messages.

Once your old account is removed, you'll be able to subscribe to OtterHalf Premium without any issues.
