How do I change my phone number?
For security reasons, OtterHalf does not allow members to change phone numbers linked to their accounts.
If you lose access to the phone number linked to your account, please contact us for assistance.
While we cannot update a phone number on your behalf, we can delete the account linked to your old phone number. Then, you can create a new account with your current phone number. Note: This will completely erase your old account and all associated data.
In your request, please include your old phone number and written confirmation that we may delete your old account.
