How do I restore my purchase?

OtterHalf makes it easy to restore purchases from a previous account! Your subscription is linked through your Google Play or Apple ID account.

Restoring Your Subscription:

  1. Open the OtterHalf app and tap the Profile tab (far right of the navigation bar)
  2. Tap the Gear Icon to open Settings
  3. Scroll down to Subscription
  4. Tap Restore purchases
  5. If this doesn't work, log out, log back in, and try again

Having trouble? A payment error may occur if you have multiple OtterHalf accounts linked to different phone numbers.

If this happens:

  • Check if you have another OtterHalf account with a different phone number
  • If so, delete one of the accounts and try restoring your subscription again
