How do I restore my purchase?
OtterHalf makes it easy to restore purchases from a previous account! Your subscription is linked through your Google Play or Apple ID account.
Restoring Your Subscription:
- Open the OtterHalf app and tap the Profile tab (far right of the navigation bar)
- Tap the Gear Icon to open Settings
- Scroll down to Subscription
- Tap Restore purchases
- If this doesn't work, log out, log back in, and try again
Having trouble? A payment error may occur if you have multiple OtterHalf accounts linked to different phone numbers.
If this happens:
- Check if you have another OtterHalf account with a different phone number
- If so, delete one of the accounts and try restoring your subscription again
