OtterHalf

I think my OtterHalf account has been hacked

If you observe any unusual activity on your account, there are immediate steps you can take to protect it. Signs of suspicious activity may include messages you didn't send, photos you didn't upload, or other changes you didn't make.

Important security note: When logging into OtterHalf with your phone number, we require an SMS verification code. Even if someone attempts to access your account using your phone number, they cannot log in without the verification code that is sent directly to your phone.

Never share verification codes with anyone, even if they claim to be from OtterHalf.

If you use your Google Account or Apple ID to sign in to OtterHalf, your OtterHalf account is linked to that external account. If you suspect unauthorized access to your Google or Apple account, we strongly recommend changing your password on that platform immediately.

For additional assistance, you can contact our support team by emailing hello@otterhalf.app.
