How can I appeal my ban?
If your account was banned for a Terms of Service violation, you can often submit an appeal.
How to Submit an Appeal:
To appeal a ban, send an email to support@otterhalf.app with your details. Include:
- The email address or phone number associated with your OtterHalf account
- A clear explanation of why you believe your account did not violate our Terms of Service
- Any relevant context or information that may help us review your case
We will confirm receipt and a member of our safety team will respond via email.
Please note that sending multiple emails or reaching out through other channels after submitting an appeal may slow down our ability to review your case.
What happens After I Submit My Appeal?
A Member of our safety team will be in touch with you via email.
You may be asked to verify your identity by submitting an official ID. If you're outside the U.S., submitting a passport may speed up the process.

Appeals should be submitted only to support@otterhalf.app. Appeals sent via social media or to other addresses may not be processed.
