Adjusting Your Subscription

Updating Your Payment Method:

To update your payment method, you'll need to do so on the platform where you originally subscribed (iOS or Android).

On iPhone:

1. Open your iPhone Settings.
2. Tap Apple ID.
3. Tap Payment & Shipping.
4. Tap Add Payment Method or Edit to update your payment details.

On Android:

1. Open the Google Play Store.
2. Tap the Menu icon.
3. Tap My Account.
4. Tap Add Payment Method or Edit Payment Method.

If you don't see an option to cancel your subscription, you've already successfully canceled it.

Managing Your Subscription:

To manage or cancel your OtterHalf Premium subscription, you can access it directly from the app:

1. Tap the Profile tab (far right of the navigation bar)
2. Tap the Gear icon in the top right to open Settings
3. Scroll down to the Subscription section
4. If you're subscribed, tap "Unsubscribe from OtterHalf Premium"
5. You'll be redirected to your device's subscription settings (Apple App Store for iOS, Google Play Store for Android)

Important: Deleting the OtterHalf app or your account does NOT cancel your subscription. You must cancel through your device's subscription settings.

Subscriptions renew automatically unless canceled at least 24 hours before the next billing period. This requirement is set by Apple and Google and cannot be changed.

Canceling Your Subscription:

Plans change, and that's okay. If you decide to cancel, you can do so through your device's subscription settings.

On iPhone:

1. From the app: Tap Profile tab → Gear icon → Subscription → "Unsubscribe from OtterHalf Premium"
2. Or directly: Open Apple App Store subscription settings
3. Find OtterHalf and tap Cancel Subscription

1. From the app: Tap Profile tab → Gear icon → Subscription → "Unsubscribe from OtterHalf Premium"
2. Or directly: Open Google Play Store subscription settings
3. Find OtterHalf and tap Cancel Subscription, then follow the instructions
