Use the same authentication method you used during signup.

To access your existing account, you must use the exact same login method you chose when creating your account. This could be your phone number, Google account, or Apple ID.

If the app prompts you to create a new account instead of logging in, it's likely because you're attempting to use a different authentication method than the one associated with your original account.

For phone number login, ensure you're entering the exact same phone number you registered with, including the country code.
