Subscribing to OtterHalf Premium

OtterHalf Premium is our premium subscription service. Subscribers get access to exclusive features, including viewing all incoming likes at once and using advanced filtering preferences.

How to Subscribe:

There are two ways to subscribe to OtterHalf Premium:

Method 1: From the Profile Screen

  1. Tap the Profile tab (far right of the navigation bar)
  2. In the "Unlock more" tab, scroll to the Premium card
  3. Tap "Upgrade to Premium" to see available plans

Method 2: From Settings

  1. Tap the Profile tab (far right of the navigation bar)
  2. Tap the Gear icon in the top right to open Settings
  3. Scroll down to the Subscription section
  4. Tap "Subscribe to OtterHalf" to see available plans

Select your preferred subscription plan and tap the plan to purchase. Your payment will be processed through your device's app store (Apple App Store for iOS, Google Play Store for Android).

Note on Purchases:

iOS users: Your Apple ID payment information will process your purchase through Apple.

Android users: Your purchase will be processed through Google Play.

Checking Your Subscription Status:

Once subscribed, you can check your status anytime:

  • Tap the Profile tab (far right of the navigation bar)
  • In the "Unlock more" tab, the Premium card will show "Active until [date]" with your subscription expiry date

Your subscription is completely private – no one else on OtterHalf can see it!

Subscription Plans:

OtterHalf offers flexible subscription options to match your dating goals:

  • Weekly Plan – Billed weekly, auto-renews every week
  • Monthly Plan – Billed monthly, auto-renews every month
  • Three-Month Plan – Billed upfront for three months, auto-renews every three months

Payment Information:

  • Subscriptions renew automatically. To stop renewal, turn off auto-renew at least 24 hours before the next billing period
  • You'll be charged for renewal within 24 hours of the current period ending
  • You can cancel anytime—see Adjusting Your Subscription for details
